If we do not accept your insurance and you would still like to be seen here, we offer cash pay discounts (see below) of 30% and payment plan options; payment is due at time of service.  Always check your insurance out-of-network benefits prior to your appointment. 

We also can provide paperwork for you to submit a claim yourself for reimbursement.  Many insurances may approve your visit if you call your insurance provider in advance.  A membership plan is also an option- visit this page to learn more.
